Garden Room/Gym
This garden room has been constructed into a gym in an estate location with a small garden, all materials are of the highest quality including vacuum pressure treated softwood Douglas Fur tongue and groove chamfered cladding on the outside. Flat tiles from the south of France, 2" brown guttering leading into an old oak whiskey barrel for a water butt, oak effect u.p.v.c French doors opening onto a landscaped garden with concrete fence posts and feather edged panels with gravel boards. The 3x2" studwork frame is tanalised and every joint is half-lapped for strength. Inside is a vaulted plastered ceiling with exposed stained roof joists, spotlights and electric sockets, oak laminate flooring and skirting boards, the punch bag post has been concreted into the hard standing base avoid any movement....
